Session description
Hang out with Sarah in a loosely guided 60-minute social sauna session. This is perfect for anyone who might be feeling intimidated or confused by all the noise out there about how to sauna "properly". We'll cover the various practices that a lot of folks enjoy and myth-bust some of the misinformation out there. You'll have the hang of it in no time and for the rest of the session we'll just sauna together, chat, and have a good ol' time! Anyone welcome (including sauna pros who just want to hang with Sarah lol)!
Cancellation policy
At Secret Sauna, social sessions can be booked online during any session time that has openings. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you do so 24 or more hours in advance of your scheduled session time, to help us balance the needs of our other guests.
